Early Life and Education
Although there is not much information about William the information that is available is quite interesting.
William was born and baptized the 26th of April 1564 Stratford-Avon, New England. His father John was a successful apprentice of leather furniture and his mother Mary was the daughter of a wealthy land owning farmer. William was the first of their children to reach adulthood out of three that died. William then at the age of six attended Stratford grammar school which the primary language was Latin since it was the superior language at the time. Very little English was taught but Shakespeare took advantage of every little bit of it.
School boys had it hard they stayed In school form six in the morning until five in the afternoon and repetition of the same thing. Also the school hours every year were twice as long as today.
To acquire most professions you would need to know most areas of education from grammar to astronomy. There were rigorous tests every week and if you did not pass you will receive physical punishment. William then left school at fifteen because of his father financial problems to work at some sort of job to help the family with some funds to survive.
Career
William became a playwright and a actor with one of his earliest play “Love’s Labor’s Lost” As his success rises the Globe theater was built for his plays to be admired and loved as he and many others do. Another interesting fact about his career was that he had composed one hundred and fifty-four sonnets which genre was impeccable said the critics of the time which talks about love , passion and death. His critical reputation was not something to laugh at as critics would single him out as the most excellent in both tragedy and comedy. Although not all critics placed him below other authors some admired him and we inspired.
Major Publications
William has many plays ranging from tragedy to comedy one of both is the famous Romeo and Juliet although more tragedy laughter is not vague from this play. Another
Play is the well known Macbeth, Hamlet and Julius Caesar. Comedy comes plentiful with Shakespeare as well with Merchant of Venice, Taming of the Shrew and Twelfth Night.
All great plays by William Shakespeare that fulfill their genres with no less than a great sad ending or a chuckle now and there.
From my research I have not found any awards that William had won on praise from top critics. In my opinion I would had gave William The Nobel for Literature because of his consistency of each of his plays.
Contributions to Society
One physical contribution to society was the Globe theater, even though the original one does not exist anymore the replica had much potential in history in it as well as the previous one.
Shakespeare also invented many words that we use today as he was very interested in learning English at a early age he had the knowledge to invent new words that have meaning and make sense as well as more people speaking English in his time then before because of his ingenuity of the language. About one thousand seven hundred words were first used by William.
End of Life
William Shakespeare died on April 23, 1616 3 days before his birthday at age fifty-two.
He was buried on April 25 in Holy Trinity Church were he was baptized.

1. The king sat on a throne within the trial area, the opposite of where the tiger and the lady came out.
2.Yes the tiger came out the same door every trial.
3.No the princess did not like the princess for her lover because for one thing she thought she was the perfect bride the her lover and there cant be two perfect brides for one man.
4.She bribed someone to reveal the doors to the both of them.
5.She had seen in her dreams her with her lover and him with the trial bride.
6.No I did not think so because their love was so strong the would had sensed it.
7.The reason no one else notice that the two were communicating because there was two much going on.
Pg 50 ” She seemed to me to be a Jewess though she passed as Aryan”
My thoughts on this quote is that a religion is being accounted for in all the holocaust not by color or how they look. Since the girl is thought to be Aryan it is clear that the major factor in the holocaust is religion and belief of a group of people.
“We filled our lungs with the fire and smoke and our eyes share with hope”
I felt that the Jews were “given a break” in a way because the Russians bombarded the Germans with no regret for hours. The Jews had a sense of hope because they thought destruction and suffering was a valid sacrifice for the distress of the Germans.
Pg 81 “An icy wind blew in violent gusts, but we marched without faltering”
This quote amazed me as the young , weak and old marched as some thing good awaited them, though not for long. I also think that the SS were as cruel in fair weather then in dreadful weather. I am also baffled the they still went on for a good amount of time considering the weather.
Pg 92 “They brought us bread , we threw ourselves upon it.”
I think the Jews were very adaptive because they could only sit up at the time of the orders of the SS therefore they scraped the snow on the backs of each other to eat the snow as if they were drinking.
Pg 91 ” We stayed at Gleiwitz for three days, with out food or drink”.
I think it is tragic that all these Jews were put to the test without food and warmth. I also think they would enjoy the deaths of the Germans, even if theirs is taken as well.
Pg 94 “Throw out all the dead, All corpses outside”.
The SS treat humans as an old toy. The Jews were diminishing in numbers faster than ever. As days pass hundreds to thousands die because of weather, starvation and abuse.
1. I think the Germans hang a few prisoners at a time because they want to strike fear in the very heart of the Jews saying that death will be their only fate if not obeying them.
2.One example of Elie and his father’s relation ship change is when his father asked a Nazi to go to the bathroom and was abused which made Elie more furious at his father than the German because it was a poor decision and Elie did not talk to him for a while.
3.The significant of this act of Elie’s dad giving him a knife and a spoon is because he knew he will not live forever Elie would had been better off with it. When Elie said the inheritance he means he has been passed a symbolic item in the story.
4.Elie’s experience in the camp affected his “profound” fate by him questioning it. Many in the camp doubt god because of all bad and no good was happing.
5.The man threw some bread at a cow therefore it ran and started a stampede. His action suggest he was devious to create a distraction for his own benefit. The prisoners are more eager to see damages done to Germans.
6.The conflicts the arise with Elie’s father is that he is getting older and sicker by each day and cannot go on soon.
7.On this day Elie’s father died with along of many other Jews. His emotional state was destroyed, and hopeless.
8.That sentence means that even though his dad is dead he will never lose him in his heart, that he will always will be with Elie in a way.
9.He keeps us from responding from the story by making it vivid and entertaining. I think he was very successful.
10.The meaning to me of the title Night is that Jews being in camps their lives were as dark as Night . If I were to choose another title it would be Waiting for Dawn because that is what the Jews were waiting for light in their lives with is liberation at the end of the story.
1. Elie describes himself as a strong but loving individual which seeks revenge but maintains calm.
2.Moshe the Beadle is a mentor, a storyteller but more importantly he was one of the council leaders of the Jewish community.
3. Some rejected Moshe’s stories but some also believed him, some got ready for the invasion of Nazis and some could had cared less.
4. I think it starts with Moshe because he is a mentor I personally think that elders are the wiser of all people so wisdom from the beginning will create a better and vivid image. Also create a area for all Jewish people in Sighet.
5.German soilders took over Sighet by over coming the government and capturing each country by country.
6. Elie’s family got seperated by females and males go to different camps of part of camps.
7.Germans take away the inmates personal belongings because it is all a source of currency and it was useless where they were going. The clothing was taken because clothes we presented to them to let people know they were prisoners. They cut their hair because to easily be cleaned and others were experimented on. The tattoo marked them for life so German’s can identify them for roll call.
8. The phrase Eile said meant that since it was their first time in the camp it was the hardest and longest because they just got accustomed to the way of life in the camp.
9. Well, I think it is very unfortunate that the Jews were treated like animals by the Nazis. Eile experienced many actions taken by the Nazi soldiers. For example his mother and sister separated in a flash, his father hit before his own eyes for doing nothing wrong. This novel is a very colorful and distinct true story put in a book. The holocaust was a very dreadful genocide because of a peoples religion and beliefs. I electrified about all that Eile has been through as well as of all the Jewish people in the camps.
I have learned many things about the holocaust and many things to do with it over these two educational weeks. For instance I learned that Hitler was not born in Germany but in Austria. I also learned his last name was not even Hitler. Which he changed because he wanted a more serious and strong stature. The information I found most compelling was the government before the Nazi party took control. The reason for that is because I never knew they tried to “use” Hitler because of there desperation but they in fact did and sorely regretted it as soon as Hitler persuaded and was adored by most Germans as they, the people helped him achieve his plans for the world.
I have one question about the holocaust. Number one is with all of Hitlers knowledge and his success of bringing Germany on top was wasted on such a ridiculous goal. Another topic I want to investigate is why did it take at least seventy times to kill Hitler and all of them failed, also i want to know all the ways they tried to assassinate Hitler.
The major project I found the most interesting is number five, which is researching modern genocides in the world. The steps I will take to work on this project is to research about the topic and gather information from genocides around the world.
My reflection about “The Pianist” is that is it a powerful and vivid interpretation of the holocaust based off the Jewish point of view. It captures the struggle of all Jews under control of the Nazi party and the fight for their lives as they try their best to stay together with family hope for an end to the horror and disgrace of the government. The steps needed to persecute the Jews of Poland were rather easy in my opinion, from Hitler’s point of view at least. Step one was persuading the government and the people in to his future for the Jews. Then after he has control of the army as they are seen many times though out the movie. But before that it is propaganda by saying Jews were the cause of their misfortune in the past. This is introduced in the beginning of the film as the Szpilman and his family was reading the newspaper.
Szpilman in my opinion identifies himself as a musician rather than a Jew because in the movie he is only classified as a Jew by wearing the band, but as a musician he plays often with passion. I also think he does not care about religion or race because he was doing what everyone was doing, living the the life he has.
My book is about boys from the age of 9-16 who have crash landed from an airplane and now stranded on an island.
Characters:Ralph, a protagonist in this book.
Piggy, a lethargic and asthmatic young boy who is often teased by others.
Jack, an antagonist in this story, he often takes control in the group of boys as if he was the owner of the island.
Simon, the most curious of all the boys. He is also picked on by the others because of his frail stature.
Roger, another antagonist in this story he bullies almost every one on the island as if he was a savage animal.
Sam and Eric, the “followers of this story as they switch sides from Ralph and Jack.
Percival, the all time most bullied and harassed boy on the island.
The beginning of the story everyone seems to get along but soon it all erupts. Two king pins on one island Ralph and Jack. Both different in their time of leadership, for instance Ralph does what most protagonist would do, be fair and help others in time of need. Jack on the other hand rules in what I called a dictatorship because of his tyrantcy of the boys and gets what he wants the most brutal way possible.
Believe it or not but the two leaders were once friends in the beginning but tides turned when both of them had different ways of how their time used used on the island.
Jack makes a group with most of the boys leaving Ralph with maybe two to four in the whole story. While Jack rules with an iron fist Ralph tries to make the best of it and does every thing he can do to survive. So much for Piggy while his life ends early as Rodger pushes a boulder five feet above Piggy right on his head. Piggy then tumbles on the ground as his skull is fractured and Ralph in a furious rage. Piggy did serve a life changing purpose on the island, his glasses were used to make a fire and a signal fire. But this tool was stolen from them shortly after Jack witnessed its importance for survival.
This story gets its name by one of the major parts of this book. A hog or a pig is chased by the boys as the crave its meat. After they have captured their prey they severe the head of the pig and put it on a stake for a warning to all who is not under Jacks leadership.
This story is more of a spiritual than an action because of many symbols in this book. For instance Ralph used a conch which infers order and intelligence. Fire is another symbol which infers life and freedom.
My moral for this breath taking book with great power comes great responsibility. Also greed can make you or break you.
These morals fit this book the best way possible in my opinion.
One paragraph of what would happen in the this story is the fact of silence of the Loisels because of all the money, sweat and blood went into doing the right thing and replacing the necklace only to find out that it was way less than she already paid for because it turns out it was fake.
The irony made the women into a worker over the years instead of the annoyence of a greedy being.
